The patients at Haven Court have early, mid- and late-stage dementia. The Care Hub provides integrated health and social care services for residents, their carers and families.
We commissioned illustrator David Jones, with whom we had worked on previous projects. Jones drew from the local culture, history and traditions to create beautifully detailed illustrations.
